Justin Monk has been building on the Mornington Peninsula for over 30 years, starting as a carpenter and building a reputation for doing things right – no shortcuts, no compromises.
When Just Building Group was founded, the vision was simple – manage every detail personally and treat every client like a neighbour. Because on the Mornington Peninsula, they usually are.
Nicky joined as Operations Manager, becoming the consistent, reassuring voice clients rely on throughout every project. And when Jack pulled on his work boots and joined as an apprentice carpenter, the family legacy took on a whole new meaning.

With over 30 years experience as a registered builder and qualified carpenter, Justin personally oversees every project from first sod to final handover. His hands-on approach and obsession with quality craftsmanship is the foundation everything else is built on.
Nicky Monk
Operations Manager
Nicky is the heartbeat of Just Building Group’s client relationships. From your first enquiry through to handover day, Nicky is your consistent point of contact – keeping you informed, organised and stress-free throughout your entire build.
Jack Monk
Apprentice Carpenter
Jack joined the family business carrying on a proud building legacy. Learning the trade from his father Justin, Jack brings fresh energy and enthusiasm to every project – and a family commitment to quality that’s been 30 years in the making.
